Business Joensuu's How are companies? campaign is being held in Ilomantsi for the fourth time in April 2024. During the campaign, Business Joensuu's experts actively engage with businesses, inquiring about their current situations and service needs. In addition to phone calls, businesses and individuals planning to start a business are met through company visits.
In the How are companies? campaign week in Ilomantsi, businesses are assisted in various stages of their operations and service needs, free of charge. Businesses are primarily contacted via text messages and phone calls, with additional company visits scheduled. The campaign week also features events: traditionally, the municipality hosts a business lunch on Wednesday, April 10th. Additionally, on Thursday, April 11th, there is a coaching session focusing on utilizing AI in business.
This year's Ilomantsi campaign targets businesses contemplating their current situation and potential growth. These businesses will have access to a three-week Group Coaching for small entrepreneurs starting in early autumn in Ilomantsi, as well as a longer-term Growth Coaching intended for larger companies, starting in Joensuu from October 2024 onwards.
Business Joensuu has previously conducted the How are Companies? campaign three times, and additionally, the Business Whisperers campaign has been implemented in the Joensuu city area for several years. Combined, these campaigns reached over 1600 companies last year. Previous discussions highlighted aspects such as business growth and development, finances, recruitment, the availability of a skilled workforce, ownership changes, and public procurements.
