The free-of-charge Innoo coaching program is designed for entrepreneurs looking to develop new products or services. The program systematically guides you through all key aspects of the development process. As a result, you'll gain practical tools to bring your idea to life and move towards commercialization. The coaching takes place in small groups with like-minded entrepreneurs. Our approach is genuinely interactive and engaging – instead of lectures or ready-made solutions, we help you discover the insights and development steps that best suit your idea and business.

How does Innoo Coaching work?
The coaching takes place in small groups of 5–6 participants. Sessions are held every two weeks, totaling 8 sessions (3 hours each). The program includes practical pre-assignments, and all discussions are held in a confidential environment, as agreed in the coaching contract.
Coaching session topics include:
- Clarifying the idea – what problem are you solving and for whom?
- Piloting and service design – test and develop with a customer-driven approach
- Profitability and funding options – where does revenue come from, and how to secure funding?
- Development partners – leveraging universities and expert organizations
- Productization and scalability – turning an idea into a profitable business
- Branding and launching – standing out and entering the market
- Finalization and implementation plan – a clear roadmap for execution.

Entrepreneurs from all industries and business sizes are welcome to participate. We organize separate groups for product and service developers and strive to place businesses of similar sizes together. Competing businesses will not be placed in the same group. The sessions are conducted in Finnish.
