The Business Sale Readiness Training is a practical and clear 4-week package. During the training you will clarify the current state of your business, identify areas of value creation and build a concrete plan for your future business sale.

In the Business Sale Readiness Training you will:

- get clear, practical steps for building sale readiness
- see how your role, financials, and processes impact the sale price
This training is for you if you want to ensure that the value of your business is at its highest when you decide to sell.
Group-based Business Sale Readiness program is designed for small and medium-sized limited liability companies with annual turnover exceeding €100,000 and at least a few employees. Each training group will include approximately six selected companies.
Training content
- Four inspiring workshops (3 hours each), held weekly on Thursdays from 13:00 to 16:00 at Business Joensuu (Science Park, Building 3B, 4th floor, Länsikatu 15).
- One follow-up meeting after the program, featuring an expert who will answer questions specifically related to the taxation of business sales.
- Participation is completely free of charge — but we require your commitment. A confidentiality agreement covering the entire group will be signed. The program counts as €1,750 of de minimis aid.
