How are companies in Outokumpu and Polvijärvi in 2024?

Business Joensuu's How are companies? campaign is underway for the fourth time in Outokumpu and Polvijärvi. Throughout March and April, experts from Business Joensuu actively engage with businesses, inquiring about their current situations and service needs. In addition to phone calls, they meet with businesses and individuals planning business activities during on-site visits.

In Outokumpu and Polvijärvi, the How are Companies? campaign strives to provide seamless and complimentary assistance to businesses throughout its dedicated weeks. Business Joensuu's experts, along with representatives from city of Outokumpu city and municipality of Polvijärvi, actively engage businesses at different stages of their operations and service requirements. Communication primarily occurs through text messages and phone calls, supplemented by on-site company visits.

This year's campaign focuses particularly on businesses reflecting on their current status and potential growth. In Outokumpu, a three-week Group Coaching for small entrepreneurs will commence in May. Additionally, a more extensive Growth Coaching tailored for larger enterprises will take place in Joensuu. In Polvijärvi, the short-term Group Coaching begins in September, providing tailored support for local small entrepreneurs.

Business Joensuu has previously conducted the How are Companies? campaign three times, and additionally, the Business Whisperers campaign has been implemented in the Joensuu city area for several years. Combined, these campaigns reached over 1600 companies last year. Previous discussions highlighted aspects such as business growth and development, finances, recruitment, the availability of a skilled workforce, ownership changes, and public procurements.

In the areas of Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Joensuu, Kitee, Outokumpu, Polvijärvi, Rääkkylä, and Tohmajärvi, companies and individuals initiating business activities can receive all business services from Business Joensuu. Additionally, Business Joensuu, in collaboration with Lipertek Oy, provides business services for entrepreneurs in Liperi.
