Do you want to help create outstanding customer experiences at Tiedepuisto?
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Tiedepuisto Facilities and Event Services team at Business Joensuu for a fixed-term period of one year.
The position will start as agreed and will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play an important role in the daily operations of Tiedepuisto. You will ensure a seamless service experience for our meeting and event customers, from their first enquiry to the successful completion of their event.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, event coordination, practical arrangements and front desk responsibilities.
Your responsibilities
Your main duties include:

Selling meeting and event facilities and advising customers

Coordinating meeting and event arrangements

Welcoming and assisting meeting and event customers
-
Setting up meeting technology, providing user guidance and ensuring all equipment functions properly

Preparing meeting, event and customer areas for daily use

Managing front desk services, including welcoming visitors, key management and distribution, as well as supporting building security and access control.
What we are looking for
We hope you have:

At least three years of experience in customer service, sales or event coordination

A strong understanding of meeting and event services and customer service
-
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Excellent Finnish and good English language skills
-
Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
-
A proactive, solution-oriented and responsible approach to work
-
A positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills and a genuine desire to create successful customer experiences together.
