Virtaa – Group Coaching for Small Business Owners

The free Virtaa program is not a traditional training course, but an inspiring group coaching experience for small business owners. You bring your ideas and plans into action, receive expert sparring, and grow with the support of a peer group.

Virtaa is designed for small business owners who want to:

• Scale their company (annual revenue under €600,000)

How Virtaa Coaching Works 

• Three inspiring workshops (3.5 hours each), held weekly on Wednesdays (13:00–16:30)
• One follow-up session approximately three months later (Mondays 14:00–16:00)
• Introduction to Business Joensuu’s business development services

You can participate in person at Business Joensuu or remotely online. 

Price & Participation 

The program is free of charge but requires commitment.
A participation agreement, including confidentiality terms, will be signed and applies to the entire group.
