LEAD is a 12-month structured leadership development journey where you apply new skills directly in your daily business operations.
The program is delivered in a confidential peer group of business leaders.
- Group sessions – approximately once per month
- Personal coaching – tailored leadership support based on your needs
- Long-term development process – a full year of continuous growth and learning
Price & Participation
Participation fee: €150 + VAT / company
The program is considered de minimis aid amounting to €1,600.
Participation requires commitment to the full program.
All participants sign a confidentiality agreement covering the entire group.
