How the Innoo Coaching works

The coaching is delivered in small groups of like-minded entrepreneurs (5–6 participants).

• 8 sessions held approximately every two weeks (3 hours per session)
• Practical pre-assignments and interim tasks between sessions
• Confidential discussions supported by a formal coaching agreement
• A highly participatory and coaching-based approach – no lectures or ready-made solutions, but guided support to help you discover the right insights and next steps for your business
