• You can commit to an 8–10 week coaching program
• Your company has annual revenue of approximately €600,000–€6 million, or employs at least 5 full-time employees

How Grow² Business Growth Coaching Works 

The coaching is delivered in confidential groups of 6–8 business leaders, giving you the opportunity to share experiences, challenges, and insights with other growth-oriented entrepreneurs.

You will build your growth plan step by step through guided assignments, personal mentoring, and strategic discussions.

• 10 group sessions – weekly 2.5-hour workshops
• Personal business sparring – one-to-one coaching and expert guidance
• Pre-assignments – develop your growth strategy between sessions, if needed together with your key team members

Price & Participation 

Participation fee: €150 + VAT / company
The coaching is considered de minimis aid amounting to €1,600.

Participation requires commitment to the full coaching program.
All participants sign a confidentiality agreement covering the entire group.
